There are several ways to register the program and get your Registration Key.
The easiest, is to enter your User Name and Serial Number, just as they appear when you start the program,
into the two text boxes on the order page. When we receive your payment, we will email your Registration Key to you.
Just enter the Registration Key, into the appropriate text box, the next time you start the program and you're in.
You could, instead, email your User Name, Serial Number, and Receipt Number to register_retroreader@birdco.net
We will verify your purchase and email your Registration Key back to you, usually within 24 hours.
The quickest method is to call us by phone from 9am to 5pm M-F CST at 816.884.4741.
If you have your User Name, Serial Number, and Receipt Number ready the process should take about 3 to 5 minutes.
